SOD
All newly laid sod must stay soaking wet for fourteen (14) days after installation. If in that period
of time any part of the lawn starts to turn brown, it is due to lack of water. If the lawn does turn
brown, it does not mean the lawn is dead, please continue to water the sod. The lawn will turn
green again. Mowing of lawn should be done at approximately 21 days after installation.
Hartman Landscape does not warranty sod when these instructions are not followed. Should
your sod die due to lack of water, Hartman Landscape will not be responsible for replacement.

Trees - Deciduous
All newly installed trees are to be watered once per week for the first 4-6 weeks after installation
Turn hose on at ¼ volume (slow trickle), let hose run on each side
of tree for 20 minutes totaling 40 minutes per tree.
